Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in operational process management or project management.
• Experience in process mapping, including creating operational workflows.
• Strong ability to analyze complex operational challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
• Experience collaborating across teams (Sales, Client Services, Tech Ops).

Responsibilities

• Assess operational impact and engage stakeholders to prepare the organization for changes.
• Develop current and future state process maps, documenting operational and client experiences for new product features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows, identify risks, and resolve challenges before launch.
• Identify and document risks, challenges, and areas for improvement by soliciting feedback from teams.
• Develop mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize disruption and improve operations.
• Maintain documentation of concerns and report risks and resolutions to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product teams to resolve challenges before product launch.
• Provide insights into service readiness gaps and process optimizations for seamless launches.
• Build relationships across Operations, Product, Client Experience, and Sales for alignment.
