Paylocity is seeking a Manager Implementation Ops to lead the Implementation Support Center, coaching and mentoring PRCs to ensure Web Pay Products meet client expectations and SLAs. You will guide staff performance and training needs, partner with other departments, and drive process improvements.

This on-site role in Schaumburg, IL requires hands-on leadership, hiring oversight, and a focus on exceptional client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in an applicable field.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with client focus.
• Excellent listening and communication skills for client satisfaction.
• Proven ability to manage payroll software and reporting tools.
• Experience with Excel and reporting tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Implementation Support staff with coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure Web Pay Products are set up accurately per SLAs.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain policy consistency.
• Assess training needs and drive process improvements.
• Oversee hiring and resource planning within the team.
• Provide constructive feedback and promote high performance.
