Job summary

BlueStreet is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and execution of consulting and technology implementation engagements for BlueStreet clients. You will partner with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities include developing governance artifacts, maintaining schedules and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and guiding projects through PMO governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience with software implementations or consulting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong PM methodologies, planning, risk/change/issue management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain governance artifacts (Charter, PID, plans, risks).
• Establish PMO-aligned processes and best practices.
• Create detailed schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
