Blue Mantis is seeking a Project Manager to oversee billable customer projects from startup through closure in a remote-capable role. You will work with clients, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years of project management experience, including client-facing responsibilities in IT/professional services.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams, vendors, and locations.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing kickoff, governance, and closeout meetings.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, forecasts, and status reports.
• Monitor project financials, billings, revenue, and margins; report variances.
• Manage RAID logs and escalate risks, issues, and changes as needed.
• Coordinate activities of internal teams, partners, and vendors across locations.
