Blue Mantis is seeking a Project Manager to oversee billable IT services projects from startup through closure. You will collaborate with clients, delivery teams, vendors, and practices leaders to ensure scope, schedule, budget, acceptance criteria, and client objectives are met.

The role requires four+ years of project management experience in an IT environment, with PMP/CAPM preferred. Travel up to 50% is expected, and a base salary ranges from $95,000 to $130,000 in a remote/hybrid

Competenze

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Four+ years of PMO or IT services project management experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects across locations.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and change controls.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Mansioni

• Manage customer projects from startup through closure using PMO processes.
• Confirm objectives, scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, forecasts, and status reports.
• Lead client kickoff and closeout meetings; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs and address risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, vendors, and customer resources.
• Monitor financials, billings, revenue, and forecasts; report variances to management.
• Ensure work remains within the approved statement of work and change controls.
• Obtain approvals, signoffs, and complete administrative closure activities.
• Use ServiceNow and other platforms to maintain project data and status.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements and delivery standards.
