Job summary

Blue View Builder is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple projects. You will coordinate workstream owners, integrate dependencies, and own an accurate, actionable integrated schedule.

The role emphasizes schedule integrity, cross-team coordination, and stakeholder confidence, not micromanaging every task. You will run cadence reviews, manage RAID, and present concise steering materials to leadership. A Bachelor's degree and PMP/PRINCE2 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating multi workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ownership of integrated schedules (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, Jira Align).
• Strong facilitation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to run a lean operating cadence (plan, sync, exception, report).

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule across all workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, and float.
• Coordinate workstream owners; clarify scope boundaries, handoffs, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies, RAID at the program level.
• Prepare concise steering materials: schedule health, decisions needed, and options.
• Escalate true exceptions—resource conflicts, risks—without micromanaging tasks.
