Job summary

AssistIQ is seeking an Implementation Manager to deploy our AI-driven healthcare software across surgical suites and procedural areas in North America. You will run discovery sessions, conduct demos, and train end users to ensure a smooth go-live and adoption.

This role requires balancing product needs with customer priorities, partnering with product and customer success teams, and navigating clinical and administrative stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Led software and/or hardware implementations in healthcare IT or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritization and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product implementation at customer locations from discovery to live deployment.
• Build relationships with end users and stakeholders across clinical and IT teams.
• Identify product gaps, risks, and opportunities; work with product to address them.
