Job summary

Aidoc is seeking a clinically grounded, tech‑savvy Solution Success Manager to support Radiology AI and Workflow Solutions. You’ll guide onboarding, clinical integration and optimization of AI tools across triage, measurement and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption and value.

With deep radiology domain expertise and strong communication, you will bridge clinical needs with product solutions, ensuring seamless integration and measurable outcomes within diverse healthcare environments.

Qualifications

Deep radiology experience with CT technology and ARRТ CT certification.
Experience with AI technologies in healthcare and imaging IT systems.
Ability to map clinical requirements to product workflows and guide decision‑makers.
Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success.
Experience supporting pre‑sales engagements and live product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored product demonstrations to clinicians, researchers and administrators.
Guide pre‑sales and onboarding to integrate AI tools into clinical workflows.
Translate clinical needs into actionable product recommendations and workflows.
Train internal teams and clients on product use and value realization.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure delivery meets pre‑sale commitments.
Gather customer feedback to inform product development and adoption strategies.
Act as a clinical and technical advisor during onboarding, scale‑up and beta phases.
Represent Aidoc at conferences and events as needed.
