Job summary

Aidoc seeks a Solution Success Manager for Radiology AI and Workflow Solutions. You will guide onboarding, clinical integration, and optimization of AI tools across triage, measurement, and diagnostics to drive adoption.

You’ll deliver tailored demos and act as a product authority for customers, bridging clinical needs with AI capabilities. The role requires deep radiology expertise, CT tech background, and experience with RIS/PACS.

Qualifications

• Deep radiology background with CT technology knowledge and ARRt/CT certification.
• Experience with AI in healthcare and imaging IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to clinicians, researchers, and admins.
• Master Care pathways and connect clinical workflows to Aidoc solutions.
• Map healthcare personas and challenges to product workflows.
• Collaborate with Regional Account Directors to tailor presentations.
• Lead clinical onboarding and change management to optimize adoption post-sale.
• Provide expert-level training to internal teams and clients.
• Gather feedback to inform product development and customer success.
• Coordinate with product, radiology vendors, and commercial teams during deployment.
