Job summary

AssistIQ is seeking an Implementation Manager to deploy our AI-driven software across hospitals in North America. You will lead installations, train end users, and ensure a smooth transition to customer success, while balancing product priorities and stakeholder communication.

The role requires on-site deployments, strong project management, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams, with 55%+ travel. Startup-pace adaptability and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in complex deployments.
• Strong communication with clinical teams and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and scopes.
• Experience with healthcare IT implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product implementation at customer locations from discovery to live deployment.
• Build relationships with end users, clinical teams, IT, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Identify risks to scope or timeline and escalate when needed.
• Partner with product and support teams to translate customer needs into improvements.
• Lead on-site training and ensure user acceptance testing post go-live.
• Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams on progress.
• Drive process improvements and scalable implementation playbooks.
• Travel 55%+, work across ORs and procedure areas when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional collaboration with customers.
