Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead end-to-end deployment, integration, and validation of PACS and enterprise imaging solutions at hospitals and healthcare facilities.

You will collaborate with radiologists, IT teams, and vendors to ensure reliable DICOM workflows, regulatory compliance, and smooth go-lives in dynamic environments. This remote role offers opportunities to work with diverse systems and contribute to continuous improvement in implementation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years in IT implementation or support role.
• Healthcare IT/clinical environment experience.
• Hands-on Linux and Windows admin; PC/server proficiency.
• Windows and Linux administration; networking basics.
• Experience with PACS, DICOM, HL7.
• Familiarity with EMR/clinical software.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and on-call rotations.
• Knowledge of archival/storage media preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary implementation resource from kick-off to completion.
• Coordinate tasks and milestones; main client contact.
• Deploy, integrate, and validate PACS and imaging solutions.
• Provide second-level IT support during and after deployment.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Maintain incident logs and workflows in ticketing system.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Support customers with updates and guidance; maintain relationships.
• Participate in on-call rotations and flexible hours.
