Job summary

AssistIQ is seeking an Implementation Manager to deploy our AI-driven software across hospital surgical suites and procedural areas in North America. You will lead end-to-end implementations, collaborate with clinical teams and administration, and drive a scalable deployment model.

You will balance product needs with customer priorities, manage risks, and foster strong relationships. The role requires travel, teamwork, confidentiality, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Led software/hardware implementations across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with pre/post go-live support and customer transitions.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute software implementation at customer locations from discovery to live deployment.
• Build relationships with on-site clinical teams, IT, and procurement.
• Deliver on-site training and ensure user acceptance of the solution.
• Identify risks and gaps; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product to feed feedback post go-live and drive improvements.
• Refine implementation playbooks and training materials for scalability.
