Job summary

AssistIQ is hiring an Implementation Manager to deploy our AI-driven software across surgical suites and procedural areas in North America. You will drive discovery to live deployment, train end users, and ensure a smooth transition to customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software and/or hardware implementations, preferably in healthcare IT (OR and supply chain a bonus).
• Ability to manage key project stakeholder relationships and provide updates to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Experience providing pre- and post-go-live support and enabling transitions to customer success teams.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization and project management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product implementation at customer locations from discovery to live deployment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with end users and key stakeholders (clinical teams, IT, finance, procurement).
• Conduct on-site discovery meetings and product demos to understand customer needs and opportunities.
• Identify product gaps, risks to implementation, and coordinate with product team to outline customer needs.
• Provide on-site training and ensure end-user acceptance; communicate progress and milestones to stakeholders.
