Job summary

AssistIQ is hiring an Implementation Manager to deploy our AI-driven healthcare software across hospitals in North America. The role focuses on fast-paced, on-site deployments, coordinating clinical and administrative stakeholders, and ensuring seamless adoption of our solution.

You will balance product needs with customer priorities while building strong relationships and driving a scalable implementation model.

Qualifications

• Led software and/or hardware implementations in healthcare IT environments.
• Experience coordinating across clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product implementations at customer locations from discovery to live deployment.
• Build relationships with on-site clinical teams, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
• Deliver on-site training and ensure end-user acceptance and adoption.
• Identify product gaps and risks; partner with internal teams to address them.
• Provide regular project updates and escalate risks to maintain scope and timeline.
• Evolve training materials for superusers to improve scalability.
• Gather user feedback post go-live to drive product improvements.
