Job summary

ParentSquare is seeking a Manager, Implementation to lead a remote team delivering onboarding and implementation for Smart Sites customers. You will oversee site builds, configurations, and initial training, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with client needs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years leading teams of 5+, specific experience in Edtech implementations, and proficiency with Hubspot, Jira, and Zendesk.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing or leading a team of 5 or more.
• 2+ years of customer implementations in an Edtech company or school/district.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Excellent project and time management with multiple projects in different phases.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a remote team of 5-7 Implementation Managers, Project Managers, and Content Managers.
• Foster a high-performing team through coaching, mentorship, and development.
• Oversee the successful implementation of multiple client accounts (site builds, configuration, training).
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and aligned with client needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and transition to Customer Support post-implementation.
• Identify training needs with Product, Engineering, and the VP of Customer Operations.
• Keep team aligned with platform updates and industry best practices.
• Provide backup support for the Customer Support desk during high volume periods.
