Job summary

ReUp Education is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to guide the end-to-end onboarding of university partners. You will coordinate with success, learner services, marketing, product, and data teams to create repeatable, scalable implementation plans and mitigate risks for on-time delivery.

You will supervise two partner operations managers and drive data engagements, with a focus on data quality and stakeholder communication throughout multi-institution collaborations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years successful experience in a client-facing or account support role, including leading robust projects from start to finish.
• Experience leading project managers, implementation teams or similar.
• CAPM certification or similar a plus.
• Experience in gathering requirements from various business units.
• Experience with student and higher ed data.
• Experience in Salesforce or another CRM.
• Strong skills in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Strong customer focus and serving as a first face of ReUp during implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio management for new partner implementations - up to 10 concurrent implementations during peak periods, each with a 5-week onboarding timeframe and milestones across complex university systems.
• Directly supervise two partner operations managers.
• Develop a repeatable project plan with dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Own the team's risk management framework to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Provide subject matter expertise for data engagements to ensure data quality.
• Incorporate process improvements for efficiencies and product/service enhancements.
• Ensure complete documentation during implementation covering partner and program details.
• Transition implemented workstreams to internal teams.
