Job summary

ReUp Education is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to drive the onboarding and implementation of college and university partnerships. You will coordinate with internal teams and partner contacts, shaping scalable project plans and risk management to ensure timely, high-quality onboarding.

You will oversee two onboarding managers while refining processes, data handoffs, and stakeholder communications, guaranteeing a smooth experience for institutions and learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience with project delivery.
• Experience leading project managers or implementation teams.
• CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience gathering requirements from business units.
• Experience with student and higher ed data and CRM tools.
• Strong skills in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Customer-focused, first point of contact during implementation.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio management for new partner implementations, coordinating cross-functionally and managing up to 10 concurrent projects.
• Supervise two partner operations managers during onboarding.
• Develop a repeatable project plan with dependencies and timelines adaptable to different projects.
• Own the risk management framework and mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide SME guidance on data engagements to ensure data quality and standards.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and enhanced customer experience.
• Ensure thorough documentation of partner and program details and data files.
• Transition implemented workstreams to internal teams including success, data, operations, marketing, and product.
