Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer implementations within an Edtech company.
• Proven success in managing multiple projects in different phases.
• Familiarity with SFTP and API for data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through data integration and system configuration.
• Complete data migration and provide initial training.
• Manage tools that support implementation with documentation.
