Job summary

SchooLinks, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to be the primary point of contact for school districts from sign-on to sustained platform adoption. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, translate district goals into rollout plans, and build trusted relationships with counselors, administrators, and CTE leaders.

This role blends project management with K-12 education consulting and product expertise. You will work with superintendents, school counselors, and district staff to ensure value

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation or client-facing roles within K-12 EdTech or education services.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects across varied clients and configurations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to district leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of districts, including onboarding and training.
• Lead kickoff calls and alignment sessions with district stakeholders.
• Build phased implementation plans based on modules, grades, and state requirements.
• Maintain project status using Gainsight and Salesforce.
• Lead recurring check-ins with district champions and executive sponsors.
• Surface risks to launch timelines and escalate as needed.
