Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer based in the United States. You will work across frontend, backend, integrations, and infra to solve complex challenges for a core SaaS platform, partnering with customers to design reusable capabilities.

You will lead architecture discussions, own deployments, and mentor teammates while driving performance, scalability, and best practices in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in full-stack or frontend software development, SaaS preferred.
• Strong TS/JS and Python/Java/C++ proficiency.
• Hands-on with Next.js App Router and type-safe APIs (tRPC).
• Experience building scalable, data-intensive UI with Tailwind and libs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and integration of new features for the core SaaS platform.
• Develop across the stack from databases to UI, optimizing performance.
• Deliver production-ready integrations and customer workflows.
• Lead customer workshops to define architecture and future-state solutions.
• Write high-quality TypeScript/React/Next.js code with CI/CD ownership.
• Identify recurring needs and drive platform-wide features.
• Maintain code quality, mentor peers, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with customers as a technical partner and ensure delivery outcomes.
