Job summary

BEC Legal Systems is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of their software suite for law firms and corporate legal departments. This remote role involves direct client consulting, configuring solutions, and driving training from kickoff through go-live.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in client onboarding, solid experience with legal practice management platforms, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel to client sites and conferences is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing professional services role leading client onboarding and implementations.
• Hands-on experience with legal practice management, matter management, or document automation platforms.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity, workflow, or client communication.
• Capability to excel in a data-driven, metrics-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a genuine service orientation.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely in a lean organization.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of client implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Consult with clients to understand business needs and map to configurable solutions.
• Deliver on-site and web-based training sessions for client teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, Support, and Sales to meet customer expectations.
• Provide post-go-live support and capture enhancement requests.
• Share product expertise with internal teams to influence direction.
