Job summary

Brightflag, the AI-powered legal spend management platform from Wolters Kluwer, is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant (Remote - West Coast) to own end-to-end enterprise implementations, configure the platform, manage data migrations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering.

You will lead multiple projects, partner with customers and Success Managers, and drive adoption while shaping Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for stakeholders.
• Experience with data migration, ETL concepts, and integration points.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations with complex structures.
• Configure Brightflag platforms, including workflows, reporting, and security.
• Develop data migration strategies and coordinate timely execution.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations and requests.
• Define success metrics with Customer Success for ongoing value.
