Job summary

BEC Legal Systems is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Support Operations and Professional Services teams, owning the client experience from request through delivery. You will set standards, cadences, and systems, while staying close to the work and guiding initiatives that improve responsiveness.

This role is remote with travel (approx. 10–15%) to client sites, industry events, and the Cincinnati office, reporting to the President, BEC Legal Systems.

• Establish a standing rhythm between Support Operations and R&D for escalations and release readiness.
• Lead evaluation and go-forward vendor for the support system and training.
• Consolidate internal docs into a single AI-ready knowledge base.
• Build operational reporting on volume, backlog, and ticket aging.
• Redefine SOW process end-to-end across Professional Services and Operations.
• Drive AI adoption while auditing output for accuracy.
