Job summary

Luminance is seeking a Legal Implementation Specialist to guide customers through confident, independent use of the platform. You will run multiple implementations in parallel, collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to configure use cases and deliver training.

Ideal candidates have client-facing legal tech or B2B SaaS experience, strong project management, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable configurations that drive value quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing legal tech or B2B SaaS role (implementation, onboarding, professional services, delivery or customer success).
• Ability to understand legal contracts, negotiation positions, approval processes and commercial workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to lead scoping sessions and training.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and apply knowledge across customer scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep working knowledge of the Luminance platform and core use cases.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand objectives and implementation priorities.
• Translate requirements into scalable configurations in line with best practices.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent implementations against timelines and milestones.
• Deliver training sessions to diverse customer user groups.
• Explain platform functionality clearly and credibly.
• Identify risks and dependencies early with recommendations for resolution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Support for cohesive delivery.
• Capture recurring needs and feed back into playbooks and processes.
