Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking an organized, data-driven Implementation Manager to own onboarding and rollout for enterprise clients, guiding them from pre-sale handoff through the first 90 days of adoption. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to move clients from purchase to sustained usage at scale.

You will track adoption signals, drive improvements in the onboarding process, and develop scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with change management practices that help client organizations adopt a new tool after purchase.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas).

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients, including the project plan, milestones, and risk mitigation during the first 90 days.
• Lead regular status meetings and align resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Track adoption signals (time to first login, users reached, platform retention) and act on them with the account team.
• Coordinate with Sales before close to shape the rollout plan and hand accounts to Account Managers with a maintenance plan after ~90 days.
• Analyze adoption trends, identify bottlenecks, and translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
