Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior product leadership for enterprise SaaS.
• Experience navigating complex org structures and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to map and redesign end-to-end workflows across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the holistic vision and roadmap for enterprise administration across internal and customer-facing systems.
• Map and optimize the enterprise customer lifecycle from provisioning through renewal.
• Orchestrate alignment across multiple technology and operational teams for cohesive execution.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive investment and prioritization for cross-functional initiatives.
• Measure success by onboarding efficiency, reduced overhead, and expanded enterprise autonomy.
