Job summary

Jobgether is hiring an Implementation Administrator to coordinate client implementation projects from planning to delivery in a remote Canada setting. You will track milestones, prepare status reports, and manage communications with clients and internal teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in project coordination, strong organization, and proficient use of Office tools. AI-enabled workflows and data integration support will be part of the daily work, with a focus on quality and customer

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience coordinating projects or administration.
• Strong multitasking and precise record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Attention to detail in tracking actions, deadlines, and decisions.
• Experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in Office apps (Excel/SharePoint/Teams) and collaboration tools.
• Comfort using AI tools responsibly to improve docs and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client implementation projects from planning to delivery.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and keep project communications up to date.
• Organize meetings, agendas, and document decisions and actions.
• Monitor tasks and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Help with change requests and assess impacts on scope and budget.
• Coordinate data conversion and integration efforts and QA.
• Prepare training materials and technical docs for users.
• Facilitate client communication through implementation and transition.
• Document lessons learned and suggest process improvements.
