Job summary

ProcessUnity, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success team.

You will configure the ProcessUnity risk and compliance platform for clients, lead multiple implementations, gather requirements, and develop deep product expertise while collaborating across Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering. This role blends remote work with occasional onsite sessions and mentorship from a senior colleague.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in client-facing roles, with preference towards software implementation.
• Experience with data manipulation, spreadsheets, CSV handling.
• Technical knowledge of fundamental database concepts and relational data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem solving with focus on quality.
• Project management experience; organized.
• Experience with Salesforce administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure ProcessUnity's software applications for customers using an enablement/teaching approach.
• Lead, manage and coordinate multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Gather customer requirements and translate to ProcessUnity’s capabilities.
• Develop and deliver deep product and technical expertise to customers.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, product training and strategic initiatives.
• Provide a mixture of remote and onsite customer implementation workshops.
• Consult with customers on system configuration based on product and industry best practices.
• Facilitate touch points and status meetings with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to development of best practices and project standards to improve efficiency.
• Maintain working knowledge of ProcessUnity solutions and best practices.
