Job summary

Case IQ, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Lead to guide customers through the full lifecycle of deploying our investigative case management SaaS offerings.

You will manage contracts, configure systems, and oversee integrations and data migrations while delivering customer-focused training and adoption support. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and improve delivery, becoming a trusted advisor for our largest customers and driving adoption, value, and

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in implementation, project delivery, onboarding, training, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear plans, workflows, and enablement materials.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data migration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from contract signing through go-live and adoption.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects with timelines, milestones, and documentation.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable configuration, integration, and migration solutions.
• Configure and support integrations (APIs, webhooks) and oversee data migration processes.
• Develop deep product and investigative process expertise to guide customers.
• Deliver engaging user training to drive adoption and value.
