Job summary

ProcessUnity is seeking an Implementation Consultant for its Customer Success team, focused on configuring the risk and compliance platform for clients. You will lead client implementations, coordinate multiple work streams, and develop deep product expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Based in the United States, you will interface with sales, support, product, and engineering teams, delivering both remote and onsite workshops while ensuring high-quality configuration and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience in client-facing roles within software or IT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience and organized work style.
• Comfort with software configuration and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Configure ProcessUnity software for customers using an enablement approach.
• Lead and coordinate multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Gather requirements and translate to ProcessUnity capabilities.
• Develop product and technical expertise for customers.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Provide a mix of remote and onsite implementation workshops.
• Consult with customers on system configuration following best practices.
• Facilitate status meetings and ensure timely updates.
• Contribute to development of practices, standards and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ProcessUnity features and best practices.

Implementation Consultant We're looking for a dynamic, technically apt individual to join our Customer Success team focused on consulting and configuring solutions on the ProcessUnity risk and compliance platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creative problem solving, and the ability to juggle multiple work-streams to support the company’s growth.In this position, you will be a member of our Customer Success team but also interface with sales, customer support, product development, and engineering teams while developing deep technical expertise in ProcessUnity ’s software solutions to lead client implementations. Confident, highly self-motivated candidates capable of coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment will succeed within Customer Success and the Implementation team. All new Implementation Consultants undergo a structured onboarding and apprenticeship as they are educated on ProcessUnity functionality and configuration.In addition, implementation consultants are assigned a corresponding senior colleague to provide mentorship, guidance and assistance. As your skillset develops, Implementation Consultants are assigned client-facing### responsibilities* and expand their role as a member of the Services team* Please note that this is a remote role, but you must be based within the United States* What You’ll Do: Configure ProcessUnity ’s software applications for customers using an enablement/teaching approach Lead, manage and coordinate multiple customer implementations simultaneously Gather customer### requirementsand translate to ProcessUnity ’s capabilities Develop and deliver deep product and technical expertise to ProcessUnity customers Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, product training and other strategic initiatives as needed Provide a mixture of remote and onsite customer implementation workshops Consult with customers on system configuration based on product and industry best practices Facilitate touch points and status meetings with customers in a timely and professional manner Contribute to the development of best practices, project standards and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of implementations and team processes/policies/procedures Maintain working knowledge of ProcessUnity solutions, platform features and best practices Desired Experience & Skills: BS/BA degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience (MBA/MS is a plus) Based in United States 5+ years professional experience in client-facing roles, with preference towards software implementation/information technology Comfort and experience with software and configuration of software Competency with larger volumes of data, spreadsheets, data manipulation, formula writing and CSV support Technical knowledge of fundamental database concepts and relational data Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative problem solver with focus on quality Project management experience; organized Enthusiastic self-starting team player Experience with Salesforce administration is a plus Salary range: $80,000.00- $100,000.00 depending on experience At ProcessUnity , we not only provide a platform that ensures operational excellence, but we also foster an environment where our employees can thrive professionally.
