Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc is seeking an Implementation Analyst to provide guidance, support and analytics to the Heisenberg II team. You will report to the Director of Implementation and help clients succeed during product usage.

The role requires 3+ years in provider compensation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Remote, full-time position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider compensation role; preferably working on an implementation team.
• Experience working with a project manager to gather documents, verify/analyze data, conduct discovery sessions, draft scoping document, configuration of the solution based on client scope, and assist with system validation.
• Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools.
• Strong understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• MS Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution.
• Understand the client requirements, identify the system dependencies.
• Work with the implementation team to understand and build compensation models specific to the client needs.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and capability to manage high volume of work.
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention-to-detail and follow-up skills.
• Should be organized with a passion to deliver quality result.
• Able to function with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to coordinate and work with others in a demanding and client-focused environment.
