Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join the Physician Enterprise Implementation team in a hybrid role in our Dallas, TX office.

You will report to the Director of Implementation and provide guidance, support, and analytics to ensure client success during product usage. We look for 3+ years in provider compensation, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to work with a project manager to gather requirements and build client-specific compensation models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider compensation role; preferably on an implementation team.
• Experience with gathering documents, data verification/analysis, discovery sessions, scoping documents, configuration of the solution based on client scope, and assist with system validation.
• Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools.
• Strong understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution.
• Understand client requirements and identify the system dependencies.
• Work with the implementation team to build compensation models specific to client needs.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and ability to manage high volume of work.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and strong attention-to-detail and follow-up.
• Be organized with a passion to deliver quality results.
• Operate with minimal guidance.
• Coordinate with others in a demanding, client-focused environment.
