Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions is seeking a skilled professional for the Physician Enterprise Implementation team in Dallas. You will work hybrid, focusing on understanding provider compensation solutions and configuring models to meet client needs, with emphasis on data accuracy and efficient MS Excel use.

The role requires 3+ years in provider compensation, MS Excel proficiency, and collaboration with project management to drive successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider compensation role, preferably on an implementation team.
• Experience collaborating with a project manager to gather docs, verify data, conduct discovery, draft scoping, configure solution per client scope, and assist with validation.
• Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools.
• Strong understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving team.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• MS Excel proficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution
• Understand the client requirements, identify the system dependencies
• Work with the implementation team to understand and build compensation models specific to the client needs
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and capability to manage high volume of work
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention-to-detail and follow-up skills
• Should be organized with a passion to deliver quality result
• Able to function with minimal guidance
• Willingness to coordinate and work with others in a demanding and client-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For
