Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive implementations of our Physician Enterprise SaaS platform.

This role focuses on physician/provider compensation, analytics, and program administration, working with clients and internal teams to deliver go-lives. The ideal candidate brings direct experience in provider compensation and strong project management skills, with travel to client locations as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physician/provider compensation, including plans, analytics, or implementation projects.
• Experience traveling to client locations.
• Experience in roles focused on physician/provider compensation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compensation models and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for physician/provider compensation solutions.
• Document business, operational, and compensation-related requirements for healthcare clients.
• Analyze provider compensation data, reconciliations, and financial trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to configure and implement compensation plans and reporting.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
