Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc is seeking a Project Manager to support implementations of our Physician Enterprise SaaS platform. This role targets professionals with direct experience in physician/provider compensation, including project management, compensation analytics, or related implementation work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physician/provider compensation, including experience supporting provider compensation plans, analytics, or implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for physician/provider compensation solutions.
• Partner with healthcare clients to document business, operational, and compensation-related requirements.
• Analyze provider compensation data, reconciliations, and financial trends to identify risks, variances, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate configuration and implementation of compensation plans and reporting.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and key implementation decisions.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support successful client go-lives.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models that support provider compensation administration and reporting.
• Translate complex compensation and financial data into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
