Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions is seeking a skilled professional for the Physician Enterprise Implementation team in Dallas. You will work hybrid, focusing on understanding provider compensation solutions and configuring models to meet client needs, with emphasis on data accuracy and efficient MS Excel use.

The role requires 3+ years in provider compensation, MS Excel proficiency, and collaboration with project management to drive successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider compensation role, preferably on an implementation team.
• Experience collaborating with a project manager to gather docs, verify data, conduct discovery, draft scoping, configure solution per client scope, and assist with validation.
• Fluent in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word tools.
• Strong understanding of Provider Compensation Methodologies.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving team.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution.
• Understand client requirements, identify system dependencies.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to build compensation models for clients.
• Analyze and manage large volumes of data in MS Excel with accuracy.
• Coordinate with team to deliver quality results with minimal guidance.
• Support client-focused, demanding environments and follow up as needed.
• Assist with system validation and project documentation.
