Talentoma is seeking a fully remote Implementation Advisor in the United States (Maryland area). The role involves guiding customers through service implementation, explaining requirements, and coordinating with project managers and service teams.

You will follow approved guidance and use tools like Asana and Zoom to keep milestones and notes up to date. Ideal candidates have strong communication, the ability to translate goals into clear requirements, and comfortable learning project tracking

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Familiarity with translating customer goals into clear requirements.
• Structured onboarding and training on Asana and Zoom.
• Ability to review information and maintain accurate progress notes.

Aufgaben

• Review incoming implementation requests and customer emails, identify the requested service, and confirm the assigned project manager before offering guidance.
• Ask customers about their goals, current workflows, and readiness, then summarize their answers without making assumptions about missing information.
• Explain standard implementation stages, customer responsibilities, and completion criteria using approved guidance that matches the customer's service and agreed scope.
• Review customer requirements against the implementation checklist, record gaps, and explain what needs clarification before the next stage can begin.
• Use a project management platform such as Asana to maintain milestones, assigned actions, dependencies, and clear notes about customer questions.
• Guide customers through preparation checklists and standard readiness checks, explaining expected outcomes without performing technical configuration or making unsupported commitments.
• Use a video conferencing platform such as Zoom for guided walkthroughs, checking understanding and summarizing agreed actions after each discussion.
• Follow up on incomplete actions at agreed checkpoints, confirm progress with action owners, and flag delays that could affect launch readiness.
• Escalate scope changes, conflicting requirements, and unresolved obstacles to the project manager or implementation team lead, including relevant context and attempted guidance.
• Confirm handoff readiness with the project manager and receiving service team; quality is judged by accuracy, turnaround, complete notes, and consistent follow-up.
