Job summary

Better Impact Inc. is seeking a Member Implementation Advisor to help new members launch and adopt our software. You’ll be a guide, trainer, and problem-solver, working directly with members to understand goals and implement effectively.

You’ll receive training on our processes and will mentor members to build confidence and independence in using the platform. This is a fully remote role supporting the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to assess customer needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend practical solutions.
• Comfort learning new software and navigating multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through implementation from onboarding to adoption.
• Lead engaging training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Maintain clear communication and manage member expectations throughout the process.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth experience.
