Talentoma is hiring a Client Success Advisor to support clients remotely from North Carolina. This role requires a 40-hour week, with shifts that may vary. You will guide clients through onboarding, answer routine questions, and coordinate with the support team to ensure clear outcomes.

Work from home, use Zendesk and Salesforce, and document interactions thoroughly. Authorized to work in the United States; remote model with consistent team check-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to help clients understand services.
• No experience required; related experience in client support preferred.
• Familiarity with client onboarding and common service questions.
• Ability to explain instructions clearly and patiently.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to work remotely from North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Review client emails and tickets to identify questions and desired outcomes.
• Check client account information in a CRM (Salesforce) before guiding.
• Ask clear follow-up questions to understand usage and gaps.
• Guide clients through onboarding steps using approved knowledge base.
• Explain service features in plain language and avoid commitments beyond your authority.
• Record interactions, guidance, and next steps in notes.
• Coordinate unresolved questions with the support team and account contacts.
• Escalate recurring issues to the team lead with context.
• Follow up on open requests at agreed intervals and close tickets when clear.
• Maintain quality through timely responses and thorough follow-ups.
