Talentoma is seeking a remote Implementation Specialist to join the project management team. You will collaborate with customers, project managers, trainers, and support staff to confirm requirements, ensure readiness, and complete handoffs from home in Tennessee.

The role supports customer software implementations, handles requirements checks, and tracks progress in project management tools, with a 40-hour weekly commitment. Shift times may vary and telework is supported.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication for customer questions, progress updates, meeting notes, and specific requests.
• Understanding of implementation stages, including requirements gathering, readiness checks, and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to maintain and update project tasks in a project management tool (Asana) with dependencies and dates.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and calendar tools for data entry, checklists, and scheduling activities.
• Reliability in ensuring remote work readiness with a quiet workspace and stable internet.

Responsabilités

• Review incoming implementation requests and confirm the requested outcome, owner, and next action.
• Check customer requirements against project scope and request clarification when needed.
• Maintain implementation tasks in Asana, recording dependencies and target dates.
• Prepare setup checklists and complete permitted software setup steps.
• Check customer setup information in spreadsheets and flag inconsistencies for corrections.
• Arrange readiness reviews and confirm participants and decisions.
• Support user acceptance testing and document issues clearly.
• Follow up on incomplete tasks and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare customer handoffs with completed checks and updated notes.
• Assess work against setup accuracy and timelines before closing tasks.
