Job summary

BestLife Emotional Health & Wellness Center is seeking a MID Instructor to deliver evidence-based clinical services to participants in the Massachusetts Impaired Driver program. The role includes initial assessments, mid-point and exit interviews, and collaboration with probation officers, courts, and the DMV.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours, supporting a 16-week program for first DUI offenders. Prior licensure and relevant degrees determine pay rate between $25 and $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in social work, psychology, or related field, or independent licensure.
• Experience and proficiency in substance use disorder treatment and recovery, including knowledge of addiction services and local resources.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and/or individual clinical services for court/RMV mandated participants.
• Complete initial adult assessments for program admission, mid-point evaluations, and exit interviews.
• Participate in curriculum development and documentation for probation officers, courts, and DMV.
• Maintain current knowledge of recovery-oriented practices through trainings and professional development.
• Complete required documentation and report crises or incidents promptly.
