Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Fee-for-Service Facilitator for the Massachusetts Impaired Driving Program in New Bedford. The role is remote, with groups after 5 PM on weekdays and weekends, and involves intake assessments conducted virtually.

Ideal candidates hold a master's degree or bachelor's with relevant supervised experience, or a recognized certification; strong communication, organization and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, education counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation counseling, social work or related field with at least 1 year supervised substance use counseling.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of supervised substance use counseling.
• Certification or licensure with 4,000 hours of supervised counseling including 220 hours of supervision.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate MID groups using assigned curriculum
• Complete Intakes as needed with clients
• Complete Progress Reports for clients for Probation Department
• Complete Group Notes in EHR after every group
• Record resident attendance at meetings and appointments
• Attend clinical supervision and required staff meetings
