Job summary

BestLife – Emotional Health & Wellness Center seeks a Massachusetts Impaired Driving Intake Evaluator to perform initial comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and complete required documentation in an outpatient setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in behavioral health or addiction fields and bilingual Spanish-English is strongly preferred, with a pay rate around $44,000–$45,760 annually for a 40-hour week. Benefits include health care and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health and addiction field is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred; additional compensation for bilingual candidates.

Responsibilities

• Complete a Massachusetts standardized biopsychosocial comprehensive assessment at the first meeting.
• Administer required evidence-based screening tools and health risk assessments.
• Draft court evaluations letters for probation officers or referral sources.
• Handle administrative documentation and enrollment forms promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with Billing to discuss payment options and maintain timely records.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and participate in licensing processes.
• Maintain relationships with local and state agencies to promote programs and funding.
• Pursue professional growth by attending conferences and trainings.
