Job summary

United Imaging, a leading medical imaging equipment provider, seeks a remote field service engineer to support diagnostic imaging systems across the US. You will install, service, and troubleshoot MR, CT, PET-CT, and X-ray devices, ensuring peak performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical field, strong IT skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% for on-site support and training, with opportunities for professional certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) preferred.
• Field service experience with geographic territory management and troubleshooting across hardware, mechanical and software.
• IT skills with Windows, MS Office and network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support that delights customers and sets the benchmark in medical imaging.
• Work with Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated products.
• Embrace new technology while leveraging core strengths in service and support.
• Play a key role in launches of first-of-a-kind imaging systems in the US.
• Build competence in providing technical assistance and support to customers.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure quick resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment for designated products in the region.
• Attend service training courses overseas and in the US as needed; pursue UIH Professional Certificate.
