Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare North America, Inc. seeks a remote field service engineer to provide on-site service and tele-support for diagnostic imaging equipment across the US.

The role requires strong customer communication, troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% for training and customer support. Qualifications include an associate degree in a technical field, experience with MRI/CT/PET-CT/X-ray systems, and proficiency in Windows and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively (at least 75%).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support to delight customers.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated products with Care Center.
• Assist with first-of-a-kind product launches in the US market.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment regionally.
• Progress toward UIH Professional Certificate via training.
