Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a remote field service engineer to support medical imaging systems across the US. The role requires substantial travel (75%), installation, troubleshooting, and proactive customer support to ensure high service standards.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent, experience with imaging hardware/software, and strong IT skills. Travel and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiar with diagnostic imaging equipment and field service experience preferred.
• IT skills with Windows, Microsoft Office, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level on-site service support for medical imaging products.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and update designated systems in collaboration with Care Center teams.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within geographic region.
• Attend training courses in the US and overseas to progress UIH Professional Certificate.
