Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Presales Solutions Engineer - Identity to work with account teams in assessing customer cybersecurity needs. You will be a cloud security expert, taking a consultative approach and developing new security services offerings for customer requests.

This is a remote position based in the Central region of the US, requiring travel to SHI, partner, and customer events as needed. You will educate sales teams, stay current on trends, and contribute to collateral and use

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep technical identity governance and security knowledge across IAM, PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, CIAM, CLM, PKI.
• Excellent presentation skills including demos on identity security solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, organization and follow-up.
• Initiative to research and resolve problems with a positive attitude.
• Strong relationship-building acumen with a passion for technology.
• Solid documentation skills for diagrams and presentations.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST and CIS.
• Expert technical knowledge of security solutions; certifications preferred: CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CPT, CWSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security or related.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate and understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Engage with CIO, CSO, CISO, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI services offerings across solution practice areas via training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies through various formats.
• Stay current on new technology and market trends to inform proposals.
• Engage in lab work to increase knowledge and skills.
• Develop collateral to assist cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
