Job summary

As a Solutions Engineer at Palo Alto Networks, you will demonstrate the value of Idira's identity security solutions to enterprise customers through demos, POCs, and presentations. You will guide clients through evaluations with the sales team as the primary technical resource, addressing security needs across hybrid cloud environments.

You’ll communicate complex concepts to business and technical stakeholders, support RFP/RFI responses, and travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• MIS or Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in pre-sales, ideally in identity or security.
• Hands-on cloud platform administration and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical pre-sales support delivering guidance and demonstrations.
• Lead POC evaluations for Enterprise customers and partners.
• Support RFP/RFI responses to meet enterprise requirements.
• Foster relationships with technical teams and executives.
• Represent Idira in public speaking, webinars, or trade shows.
• Relay customer requirements to Product Management.
