Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to lead secure identity initiatives across a nationwide remote workforce. You will integrate mergers and acquisitions with SSO platforms, consolidate identity providers, and design cross-domain authentication strategies to support rapid, compliant rapid onboarding and offboarding.

You will implement IAM governance, lifecycle management, and privileged access controls, while collaborating with Security, IT Operations, HR, and Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience as an IAM Engineer designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong command of AD, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy management.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A and SSO integration efforts across enterprise environments.
• Consolidate multiple IdPs into a unified enterprise SSO platform and design cross-domain authentication.
• Develop and maintain scalable IAM solutions including SSO, LCM, IGA, and PAM.
• Automate workflows and API integrations for onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.
