Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to lead integrations for M&A, design unified SSO, and automate identity workflows across AD and Entra ID. You will implement IAM platforms like Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk, while ensuring governance and security controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
5+ years of progressive IAM Engineer experience with enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong command of AD, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and Group Policy management.
Extensive knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM authentication/authorization.

Responsibilities

Lead IAM workstreams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
Consolidate identity providers into a unified SSO platform.
Design cross-domain authentication and federation strategies for user population migrations.
Develop scalable IAM solutions including SSO, LCM, IGA, and PAM.
Implement IaC for IAM configuration management.
Ensure enterprise security policies, MFA, least privilege, and RBAC compliance.
Perform regular access reviews and support audits.
